Just like the previous versions of the game, Farming Simulator 22 is also expected to fully allow modding, letting the players alter the game the way they see fit. All sorts of mods, including different maps, new vehicles, as well as buildings, come out together with each new release of Farming Simulator, and this version will be no different. We expect some great new mods to be offered right after it launches.
When will that be? Right now it’s expected for Farming Simulator 22 to be released in autumn of 2021, and that’s why for now, we can only look at the Farming Simulator 22 system requirements, and make sure that our hardware is good enough to run the game once it’s released.
Overall, the current predicted requirements seem to align with what the game’s been doing before. The game is rather slow-paced and doesn’t include a lot of advanced 3D graphics. And so, the Farming Simulator 2022 system requirements will be very forgiving even for some of the older machines. A GeForce 700 series or a Radeon Rx 300 series graphics will be enough to play the game with a stable frame rate, and even some of the more recent laptops with integrated graphics will be able to play the game rather smoothly.
As for processor and system memory, the majority of recent machines should have no problems with this as well.
But of course, until GIANTS Software releases an official statement, all we can do is guess: more information about Farming Simulator 22 system requirements should be revealed as the game edges closer to completion, and will let you know as soon as possible.
Farming Simulator 22 is expected to release in the autumn of 2021 on PC, Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Google Stadia.
