The Sikorsky SH-3 Sea King, designated S-61 by the company, is a multi-purpose twin-engine helicopter, although intended primarily for anti-submarine warfare (ASW), manufactured by the American company Sikorsky Aircraft. The Sea King has also been manufactured under license in Italy by Agusta, in Japan by Mitsubishi, and in the United Kingdom as the Westland Sea King. The main civilian versions of this helicopter are the S-61L and S-61N.
