Wheat
Wheat is the “old reliable” money crop for most FS players – and there’s a reason for that. Wheat yields 3,029 liters of wheat, as well as 12.497 liters of straw. Selling them both can bring you some major profits. For best results, plant it between September and October, and then reap the harvest at a time between July and August.
Barley
Barley is also an excellent cash crop. One harvest can get you up to 3,268 liters, even more than wheat. Grapes
Grapes are an unusual selection: and they’re much different, when compared to other crop options. It takes some time and effort, but with a maximum yield of 3,091 liters and good prices, it’s a good pick.
Sugarcane
Sugarcane can be a bit of a challenge for FS22. You can’t harvest it using a harvester, unless you’ve installed a mod that lets you do so. However – you should. With a maximum harvest of 16,942, this is a great cash crop.
