– Prices 2800 or 3000.
– Needs water, solid fertilizer and straw to produce strawberries.
– Only loose straw is accepted, not bales.
– Produces faster than the biggest default greenhouse.
– No maintenace cost but the production cost is 1100+/month.

On hard with 28 days per month, $43/day production cost with $43/day strawberries produced. Plus fertilizer, straw, water costs. Not to mention effort. Don’t use this on hard unless you modify the xml to tweak the numbers.
