Welcome To Peraküla. It’s located in Europe in the country Estonia.
The Landscape is mostly flat but the area has a lot of forest’s and some fields.
There is Grass fields to do a lot of mowing.
The MainFarm on the map was built in 1906 and now over the many years the village has been developed to be a beautiful place in Estonia.

I put it in the mods folder and in the game it doesn’t show.
You need to UNZIP it to the Mods folder.
Pls, put “UNZIP” in the name of the file when unzip is needed
just so you know birch tree can not be turned in to bark mulch and got rid of. only trees that seem to make money or turned in to mulch is pine and spruce.
you do not need to unzip it. it works zipped.
One issue with this map is that much of the undergrowth bushes can’t be mulched apparently.
every body this mod is broken right now so i hope you under stand that this map is not getting updates now
hi good map but it is not woorking 100%..i would say more like 85% i cant get my pinelogs to lock with straps and i cant sell them anywhere…this only happends with the large pinelogs that are probably converted…help me i need the money from those logs=)
Beautifull map. i enjoy it. only problem is sawmill does not exist, and is not placeball(no such thing in a list). pleace fix this.
Do not Download you can not sell tree’s and there is lots of floating trees too
every body im working on a new update acctualy its going to take a bit of time to get it done soo its coming
