Added realistic suspension
Lights revised
Shaders corrected (now the tip is not invisible any more, and because of it, the internal black wall was removed)
Weight adjusted, now the truck wont slip any more, and because of it I did some motor improvements, due to excessive weight.
Keep in mind that the truck now is weighing almmos 50 tons, I know, it is not realistic, but was necessary to keep a nice physics

Known inssues – The truck appear jumping in the store, but it is not a real problem.
