You lease a small part of your field to the Albrecht family, who are building up a second mainstay in your village with their car dealership. Attention! Important hint:
Immediately after placing an error message appears in the log, this is fixed forever after restarting the game. The cause is that MODs cannot execute some LUA script callbacks, but this works very well when the game is started with the MOD placed. So just reboot and everything will be fine!
