Welcome to Forest Hills! This fictional area is located somewhere in the southeastern US, and features a picturesque landscape with a lake surrounded by vast evergreen forests nestled amongst large rolling hills. In the central area of the region you will find the lively village of Forest Hills. South of the town is a large industrial area with many different production sites. The western region is full of lush farmland and large forests. The eastern region features a large wood production area, as well as a large swamp which lines western bank of the river. Two trains cross the landscape providing goods to several productions in the area as well as servicing the neighboring town.

Other players may enter the boat, however, its location is not accurate and no matter how hard you try it will not move unless you are the host. In single player they work perfectly.)

When the high school is purchased, the football field can be mowed. It is highly recommended to roll the field after mowing to allow greater visibility of the markings on the field.
Sleep and Wardrobe triggers can be purchased and placed at any location you own on the map.

Field grass can now be mowed at nearly any growth stage (see help file for information)
Mulching of Alfalfa, Clover, and Field Grass will result in a higher growth stage. You will still need to fertilize once to get maximum yield.
New forcefield erected at the waterfall preventing players from falling through the rocks
New placeable decorations (Boat Dock and Deck) are available in the construction menu. Each priced at $500
Farmlands around the lake have had their borders extended into to the lake to allow placing of the boat dock and any decorations you wish to add to it
Selling the shed by the football field will now remove the light next to it and all decals from the parking lot
Mowing of the entire football field is now allowed
***NEW SAVE ONLY REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING***
Grass can now be collected after mowing the football field
To place the boat dock in the same location as the one removed with the house. A new save will remove the generated collision from the old dock. This can be overridden without a new save by using free mode, however, there will be no leveling at the slab nor will the ground be dug out under the boat house.
