Removed hydraulic lines that ended in mid-air; fan hoses now connect to the fan motor

Control box mounted flat on the hopper, with its cables running into the tower
Number plate holder bolted to the light board post
Stair handrails now stand on the stair stringers; extra rail up to the hopper removed
