I hav the same problem. It will not load past 85%
After a vehicle is purchased/leased, the vehicle does not spawn in the correct location. Not even close. Needs fixed. Otherwise seems great except for very minor stuff like trees overhanging roadways, etc.
The house West of the feed and grain North location (wrongfully labeled South) is visually broken. Stands out pretty bad. Traffic is also not working, even after trying lots of edits to the file system.
