wont load past 85%. tried it three times.. sucks because ive wanted this since this came out

I hav the same problem. It will not load past 85%
After a vehicle is purchased/leased, the vehicle does not spawn in the correct location. Not even close. Needs fixed. Otherwise seems great except for very minor stuff like trees overhanging roadways, etc.
