How do you build in the map?
Go to your game install dir, and replace the file – or tweak the original yourself in notepad

BACK UP YOUR MAP FILE!!!! Choose your downloaded map (e.g. Elmhurst Extended). Extract file using 7-zip or RAR with folders intact. Copy the maps_growth.xml into the “Map name”\maps\mapUS Re-archive the map perseving the folder structure. Recopy to your mods folder and and over-write existing map. There you go.
