RT-2PM2 / RT-2UTTH “Topol-M” V1.0.0.0 FS25
1. RT-2PM2 / RT-2UTTH “Topol-M” (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile)
What is it? One of the best-known intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) in the Russian strategic arsenal.
Key Features:
Deployed in both underground silos and mobile road-based launchers (MZKT multi-axle heavy trucks).
Designed to bypass missile defense systems using rapid initial boost phase acceleration and maneuverable re-entry vehicles.
Its technological evolution led to the RS-24 Yars system (capable of carrying up to 6 MIRVs).
2. Missiles with 6 Multiple Warheads (MIRVs / Submunitions)
If the number “6” refers to payload capacity or re-entry vehicles:
Oreshnik: A Russian intermediate-range ballistic missile designed to carry 6 maneuverable MIRV warheads, capable of penetrating hardened underground structures and bunkers.
RS-24 Yars / RS-28 Sarmat: Russian ICBMs engineered to carry multiple independently targetable thermonuclear warheads (ranging from 3 to 10+ depending on the variant).
3. Status-6 / Poseidon (Nuclear-Powered Underwater Drone/Torpedo)
What is it? The project previously designated under the development codename Status-6 (Status-6 / Статус-6), later renamed Poseidon.
Key Features: An autonomous, nuclear-powered, long-range underwater drone designed to operate at extreme depths to target coastal infrastructure or carrier strike groups.
