Is not my mod fixed some bugs
fix wheels
fix lights ( silent some warings in log)
fix sound

To fix the lights I also adjusted the lamps
Converted the model to fs22 from fs19

Bugs:
1 brand of wheels doesnt work
some lights doesnt work
sound doesnt work
FEEL FREE TO EDIT AND POST THE WORKING VERSION.
